Hiroshi

Hiroshi Kobayashi (1941-), a senior researcher of National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan. He received his Bachelor degree from Nagoya Institute of Technology in 1966. After he obtained his Ph D. degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1971, he went to National Research Laboratory of Metrology (NRLM) in Japan in 1972. He was a visiting researcher at NIST Boulder in 1994 and was a visiting professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2001.
