Saba Zahid Hayat is a Researcher, Psychologist, and Lecturer in Professional School of Psychology at Bahria University (ISB). Her scholarly work focuses on ageing, gerontology, caregiving, resilience, wisdom, social support, and mental health among older adults. She has authored numerous academic publications and has contributed to the growing body of research on ageing and dementia caregiving in Pakistan. Through her teaching and research, she seeks to advance indigenous research in Pakistan.
